Friday the 13th, Zepheline headed downtown to check out Gothenburg Culture Festival 2010. The main reason for our outing was to see a friend be in a presentation of the fall theatre schedule at the city theatre, but before going there we had some time to kill.
Earlier, we had seen that a local museum was going to have an exhibition called Kimono Fusion
, and they were going to have a tent along the main avenue. We decided to check it out, and ended up staying there until we had to run to the theatre.above: making decora nails
When we got there, Mica realised that she knew one of the people working there from the local Hikari-kai. We talked alot and got recruited to work for ConFusion in january, and generally had a blast hanging out with all the people there. The top image in this post was drawn by artist Lisa Harald in about 7 minutes, and colored by Mica. Left to right: Mica, our friend Joel, and Tsuki. This young man was the younger brother of Lisa. During our stay at the tent, he had been assigned the task of handing out flyers for Kimono Fusion; something that he apparently took very seriously. He handed out every flyer they had, and after that poceeded to chase us around (especially Mica).
There's a video of this for those interested: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Aq9SY4hzveo
Altogether, it was a truly great day!
