Today, as it is the sixth of June, we'd like to celebrate our national holiday with lemon meringue and marshmallow cupcakes. The recipe is a simple variation of the
strawberry cupcakes posted two days ago; crush some meringue in the bottom of the cups before pouring in the batter, add lemon juice (or any other fruit) instead of strawberries, and top off with lemon icing and marshmallow fluff!
